FAQ
NSFW Preview
- What does NSFW Preview include?
- An active NSFW Previews membership (also called Little Spectator) includes 8 Coins per daily check-in and one booster of your choice every 30 days. Claim Coins on the dashboard and your pack in the Booster Exchange. The first pack is available immediately; the next becomes available 30 days after your claim, across all sets. Rejoining does not reset this cooldown.
- Can I try it for 7 days?
- If Patreon offers you the 7-day trial, start it there and then reconnect Patreon in the hub. An eligible active trial has the same Preview rewards. Patreon manages trial availability, cancellation and billing; check those details before starting.
- What is excluded, and what happens when Preview ends?
- Preview does not include new monthly Vault sets, monthly Vault Keys, weekly packs, monthly tier packs, special login-event rewards, summons or voting. After access ends, new Preview claims stop. Received cards, unopened packs and previously unlocked content remain on your account.
Vault & membership
- What is the Vault?
- The Vault contains complete monthly illustration sets, separate from collectible cards. Fanboy, Playmate and Wild Boy receive the same sets for each included month; higher tiers include more previous months. Open a set to see its previews and available downloads. Depending on the set, downloads are provided directly or through MEGA.
- Which Vault months does my membership include?
- With an active membership, Fanboy includes the current month plus 1 previous month, Playmate plus 2, and Wild Boy plus 3. These sets unlock automatically through Patreon membership checks, even if you never visit the Hub or click a download. Recorded eligible months also cover sets published later. Unlocks remain after cancellation or a tier change.
- Do I keep my Vault sets after my membership ends?
- Yes. Unlocked sets remain on your account, and you can still log in to access their downloads without an active membership. New monthly access and active-member rewards require an active membership.
- How do I unlock older art sets?
- Use Vault Keys for available sets from previous months outside your included window. Each set shows its Key price. Unlocking is a one-time cost; downloading that unlocked set again does not cost more Keys.
- Why are some older sets missing?
- The Vault is being built gradually. Selected older sets are being revised before upload. Only sets that have been added and published are available.
- How is my tier decided, and what if it looks wrong?
- Your membership is checked when you log in and refreshed periodically while you use the hub. After changing tiers, reconnect Patreon to update it immediately. If an active membership is still missing, check that you used the correct Patreon account and that your payment completed, then contact FuryonAI for help.
Coins, Keys & login rewards
- What does the Coin multiplier apply to?
- Only Coins from the regular daily check-in. It does not multiply achievement rewards, special login-event rewards, Keys, Shards or packs. The daily Coin amount is rounded to a whole number.
- How do I claim my daily reward?
- Visit the dashboard and claim the daily check-in while your membership is active. Simply opening the site does not claim it. The reset is at 00:00 fixed CET (UTC+1), which is 01:00 in Germany during summer time. Special login events have their own claim and reward shown on the dashboard.
- What are Coins, Shards and Vault Keys for?
- Coins get booster packs in the Booster Exchange. Shards are used to craft cards in the Forge. Vault Keys unlock older illustration sets, or you can exchange 1 Key for 2 boosters from one available card set in the Booster Exchange. Spending a Key on packs uses that Key.
- How do monthly Vault Keys work?
- Visit the hub with an active membership to receive the month's Keys automatically. You receive 1 Key in each of the first two consecutive months with a qualifying visit, then 2 Keys per month from the third consecutive month onward. A month without a qualifying visit breaks this sequence. This applies to Fanboy, Playmate and Wild Boy; Preview does not include monthly Keys.
- Can I buy Coins or packs with real money, or trade them?
- Coins and packs cannot be purchased separately with real money. Cards and currencies cannot be traded or transferred to other members or exchanged for cash.
Packs, cards & achievements
- How do I get my weekly and monthly packs?
- Fanboy, Playmate and Wild Boy can claim one free booster in total each week in the Booster Exchange, choosing an available set. The countdown shows the next reset; unclaimed weekly packs do not accumulate. Monthly tier bonuses are added automatically when you visit the dashboard with an active membership: Fanboy 1, Playmate 2, Wild Boy 3. These bonus packs use the newest published card set and appear under Open Packs. Earlier missed months are not backfilled.
- What is a Lucky Booster?
- Every 10th pack you open automatically becomes a golden Lucky Booster, across all sets. Its final card has a 47% Epic, 48% Legendary and 5% Secret chance. The first four slots use the normal rates. Track your progress and see the full chance table in the Booster Exchange.
- Is the optional Foil boost the same as a Lucky Booster?
- They are separate bonuses. A Foil boost raises the Foil chance on Common, Rare and Epic cards from 2% to 3% for one selected pack. It does not change rarity chances. Legendary and Secret cards pulled from packs are already Foil. Available boosts are shown on the Open Packs page.
- Where do I find the artwork from my cards?
- Open Collection to inspect your cards and their available artwork or downloads. Card artwork is separate from the monthly illustration sets in the Vault. Available variants depend on the card.
- What can I do with duplicates?
- In the Forge, recycle eligible duplicate copies into Shards, then use Shards to craft a card you choose. Foils and Mint copies are protected, and one eligible copy of each card is kept. Review the selected copies before confirming recycling.
- Are crafted cards Foil or Mint cards?
- Crafting creates a regular, unnumbered copy, including when you craft a Legendary or Secret card. Crafting does not award a Foil upgrade or a Mint number.
- How do achievement rewards work?
- Visit Achievements to see each goal, its progress and any reward. Some achievements have several stages in the same entry. Claim available rewards there; reaching a milestone does not automatically claim its reward. Some achievements award a badge without a currency reward.
- The opening was interrupted. Did I lose my cards?
- Check Collection and refresh Open Packs before trying again. If the opening completed on the server, the cards are already saved even if the animation did not finish. If something still looks wrong, send feedback with the set name and approximate time.
Summons, voting & set wishes
- What is a summon?
- A summon is a suggestion for one character or a pair for an illustration set. Submit it on the Summoning Board with an optional Anime / Game name and reference images. FuryonAI reviews submissions; approved summons can enter the next poll. The first-place nomination in that poll receives a full set. Approval alone does not guarantee a winning place.
- What happens to unused slots, declined summons or duplicate ideas?
- Summon allowances renew monthly and unused slots do not carry over. A declined summon returns its slot for the month it was submitted. If another member already submitted the same active character or pairing, your submission supports theirs without using a new slot. Reversing the character order does not create a different pairing. Supporting a summon is separate from voting.
- How do votes work?
- Your tier supplies vote power for each summon poll, not a monthly pool. The first vote on a summon costs 1 power; each additional vote on that same summon costs 2. You can remove votes until the poll closes. The creator starts each poll, and results may stay hidden until closing.
- How can I suggest a collectible card set?
- Use the Wishboard for an Anime, Game, Genre or other card-set idea. Each active member can submit 1 suggestion per calendar month (UTC), regardless of tier. Suggestions are reviewed and may be selected for a set poll or marked as planned. A suggestion is not a promise of production or a release date.
- Does Wishboard voting use my summon vote power?
- No. Card-set polls are separate: each active member has one choice per poll, equally across tiers. You can change that choice while the poll is open.
- How do I report a problem or share feedback?
- Use Feedback at the top of the hub. Praise, criticism and ideas are all welcome and are sent privately to FuryonAI. Your name is hidden in the feedback inbox unless you choose to include it; an internal account reference is kept to prevent spam. For a bug, include the page, what you tried and any error message.
